4. Angled offset corners

In episode 4 of his Advanced Keencut Picture Framing Series, award-winning picture framer David Wilkie GCF explains how to create offset corners with an angled rather than square offset; this creates a softer feel than the square edges and works well with a single or double picture mount. David gives you a step-by-step guide to creating the angled offset corner using the corner gauge option on the Keencut Ultimat Futura. The optional gauges are available in 45, 37.5  and 30 degree angles to allow you to create different shapes. At each stage, David will show you how to measure, mark-up and cut your picture mount to produce the perfect frame.
