5. Coloured Bevel

In episode 5 of his Advanced Keencut Picture Framing Series, award-winning picture framer David Wilkie GCF shows you how to colour a bevel on your mount; this is useful for adding colour without adding extra layers of mount board. In easy-to-follow stages, David will show you how to mask, measure and cut your mount ready for colouring using acrylic paint. Using his extensive experience, he will explain why you should use acrylic, and how-to paint the edge of the mount and remove the tape so that you leave the mount in perfect condition.
