Welcome to the great new accessory for any Keencut bench top cutter. The Keencut Material Guide fixes independently onto your bench. It precisely positions your material by creating an exact square edge in front of and at 90 degrees to the cutting machine. The high-profile edge guides the material as it enters the cutter so it speeds up alignment and guarantees an accurate cut.
The Keencut Material Guide is superb for working with rigid and flexible materials. It will help guide and control off-the-roll materials that tend to curl or move and add extra stability for cutting tough boards.
There is a precise, easy-to-read imperial and metric scale which you can install to align perfectly with your cutter. A sliding stop sits against the top of the material; if you don’t need the sliding stop, it just folds away.
The Keencut Material Guide is 924mm (36.5″) long with a 900mm (35.5″) long squared edge. As with all Keencut products, it is extremely durable and made from a high-quality aluminium extrusion and top-grade components. The Material Guide fits onto any bench 18mm (3/4″) thick or above. Installation and calibration are easy, and every step is clearly explained in our installation video.
