The worktop should be cut from 18mm (3/4″) thick MDF or plywood, to the exact size specified. These sizes have been designed to ensure that all joins are directly over a beam for support. Do not use over-sized boards because excessive overhang can interfere with the cutter when you use the purple cutting strip.

No cantilever

Cut from 2440mm x 1220mm (8′ x 4′) boards

A = 1327mm / 52 1/8″

B = 1287mm / 50 5/8″

C = 1220mm / 48″

With cantlilever

Cut from 3050mm x 1525mm (10′ x 5′) boards

A = 1327mm / 52 1/8″

B = 2614mm /102 7/8″

C = 1525mm / 60″
