When it comes to practical advice there are 3 main things to take into consideration.
Assess the space requirement for the range of filming equipment you will be using and the machines you will be showcasing. You need to ensure that you add enough room for the presenter to move around.
No matter how good your microphone is, your surroundings and background noises play a big part in the quality of your broadcast. Make sure you set up your studio in a quiet and isolated space without any echo.
3. Set-up time
Make sure you give yourself enough set-up time when going live. Although it may only take 10 minutes to get everything ready, a problem may present itself that could take 20 minutes to fix. Give yourself a good 30 minutes to an hour before going live to get everything set up and tested, including cameras, sound, streaming software, and video calling programs.
The more calls and live sessions you do, the better you will understand the potential problems and how to fix them.
