There have been many changes at Keencut over the past 18 months, all focused towards improving the results that we deliver to our distribution partners.
Keencut table top cutter bars use a highly durable design of sliding bearing. They use a high-grade plastic which runs over a super-hard aluminium surface. This gives fantastic performance and has proved very long-lasting over many years of service in Keencut machines.
Happy New Year – we hope you had a wonderful festive break and a successful start to 2018. As you know, we design all of our machines to be as maintenance free as possible but, after a hard year’s graft, we think it’s worth treating your Keencut cutter to a little TLC.
We want to see our products in action and find out about what our customers are cutting with them, and how they look in their workshops! Perhaps you are cutting something unusual or have a work space that is particularly funky? Keencut users of all ages, industries and experience levels are invited to enter the Keencut BEST PHOTO competition to give us a glimpse into the life of a Keencut product once it’s been shipped out of our factory.
We love sharing stories of how our products are used around the globe and in different ways. One of our favourite stories is of Stephen Finney from MKV Creative. Stephen travels the world training picture framers to all levels of the Fine Art Trade Guilds certified standards. He also demonstrates framing products at exhibitions on behalf of Lion, with much of his recent work being based in China. As an independent trainer Stephen has access to all makes of equipment but his first choice when it comes to manual cutters is Keencut every time.
Since 1988, Mobile Outreach Solution (formerly BUSES International), a nonprofit organisation, has constructed custom-built/converted vehicles into effective mobile outreach units for other ministries and nonprofits. For over 29 years, their goal has been to provide the highest quality product possible without compromising function or durability. Our like-minded mission to help people allows us to “put wheels to visions”.
Why is it that, as the market leader in large format print cutters, Keencut does not offer a laser for cutline indication on its vertical machines, but it does use lasers to calibrate Precision Bench Top Cutters?
Today, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of Corrina Deane to a newly created customer support role. Corrina’s main focus will be on developing stronger links with Keencut’s distributors worldwide. On a day to day basis this will include customer research and proactive customer contact.
We're on the hunt for a Product Manager to join the Keencut team. Please get in touch if you, or anyone you know, might fit the bill.
